1) A start-up company which is launching a social networking website to help people monetize on their skills is looking for a Chairman and Head of Sales/Franchising Person to join their team.  The ideal Chairperson will have a strong advertising & marketing background and strong personal networks in the business community.  The Head of Sales/Franchising person will have solid sales experience and relevant contacts.  Both roles are based remotely, offering sweat equity (the sales role also includes a commission rate).

2) A company which specialises in clothing and lifestyle products for disabled adults and children is looking for An Internet Marketer and Procurement Manager to join its team.  The Internet Marketer will have a vast knowledge of the latest cutting edge strategies to help establish the brand and increase customers and sales.  The Procurement Manager will develop a purchasing strategy, manage stock and track and monitor key cost drivers.  Negotiable incentive packages available for the right candidates.

3) A company which has created a disruptive project planning SaaS product with a radical approach to planning and managing professional sources, requires a Sales and Marketing Manager and Senior Architect/Developer to join its business.  The Sales/Marketing manager will need extensive online B2B experience to take a lead role in launching this product with the ability to drive traffic from the landing page to purchase path.  The Senior Architect/Developer for Microsoft based SaaS App will be a guru with extensive technical and strategy experience in Microsoft technologies including: Silverlight C#, ASP.NET, XAML, WPF, Expression Blend and SQL Server.  For your efforts, successful candidates will be rewarded with an equity stake and performance driven remuneration.

4) An online business with a state of the art marketing proposition, which has been two years in the making has undertaken customer trials and is now looking for a Business Development Director (MD Designate) who will help develop and implement the business plan, launch the product and obtain early sales.  The ideal candidate will be a sales oriented MD with sound marketing skills and experience of developing online/internet businesses.  Package based on mix of sweat equity, sales commission and salary.

5) A company which produces and distributes bespoke training content online with a strong track record in the maritime industry, is looking to continue its expansion into new sectors with the appointment of an experienced Non-Executive Director.  This company offers tools for organizations to disseminate information both internally and to a wider global audience for staff training, professional development or part of a corporate responsibility for example.  The Non-Executive Director will advise and support the growth of the business in exchange for sweat equity.
